EXEMPT DOG BREEDS - INCLUDING DOGS OF THE XL BULLY TYPE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BANNED BREEDS.

If you own a dog that is subject to the Dangerous Dogs legislation (including dogs of the XL Bully type), you must hold a valid Certificate of Exemption where required by law. A copy of the Certificate of Exemption must be sent to us no later than 48 hours before your booking. Failure to provide this will result in your session being cancelled.

Your dog must also comply with all current legal requirements, including being microchipped and neutered (where required under the conditions of its exemption).

Your dog must be muzzled and kept on a lead whilst in the car park and until safely inside the secure field. You must ensure the field gate is securely closed and locked before removing your dog's lead and muzzle.

Before leaving the field, your dog must be placed back on a lead and fitted with its muzzle before the gate is opened and before entering the parking area.

IMPORTANT – INSURANCE CONDITION: In accordance with the conditions of our Public Liability Insurance, XL Bullies may only be exercised off lead and without a muzzle inside the secure field when accompanied solely by dogs and people from the same household. Only one adult (aged 18 or over) from that household is required to be present.

If any dogs or people from another household are present, the dog subject to the Dangerous Dogs legislation MUST remain muzzled and on a lead at all times and be under the control of a dedicated 1:1 handler aged 18 or over.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to comply with these requirements. If you are unable or unwilling to do so, please do not book the field.
